Reservations of individual guest-rooms

These conditions apply to reservations of less than 5 rooms.

Payment conditions:
  • deposit of 25% (but minimum 1 night) is due at time of booking by bank transfer (preferred payment method) or by credit or payment card
  • remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival by wire transfer (bank transfer)

For wire transfer we use euro bank account of our company within eurozone.
For payments by credit or payment card we use PayPal (which is largest payment processing company in the world). Your card details are not shown to us when using PayPal. The accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB.
Should you wish to pay the remaining balance by card instead of bank transfer, then payment processing fee of 3.5% applies (no payment processing fee applies on payment of deposit).

Cancelation conditions:
  • cancelation of entire booking until 61 days prior to arrival is subject to administration fee of 15 EUR per room
  • cancelation done between 60 and 42 days before arrival is subject to cancelation fee of 25% of total value of the reservation (but minimum 1 night)
  • cancelation done between 41 and 21 days before arrival is subject to cancelation fee of 50% of total value of the reservation (but minimum 1 night)
  • cancelation done between 30 and 21 days before arrival is subject to cancelation fee of 75% of total value of the reservation (but minimum 1 night)
  • cancelation done 20 and less days before arrival or non-arrival is subject to cancelation fee of 100% of total value of the reservation

Group reservations

Individualy agreed booking conditions apply to reservations of 6 rooms and more rooms.
