FAQ

Check on booking condition and information on how  to book your accommodation for EDS 2010 in Celje, as this as well may answer your questions.

Reservation

1. When is my reservation valid?
Your reservation is valid after the deposit and final balance are paid in timely manner.

2. Can I book the room now and pay on arrival to the hotel?
Unfortunately this is not possible, as all hotels impose strict prepayment policy on bookings during this major event.

3. Why are some hotels determined by a code instead of full name?
The code is used because of request from the side of the hotel (e.g. our rates are lower then the public hotel rates and publishing such discount directly on the internet is against hotel policy or hotel normally does not accept dogs and does it only as exception for our tour).
The name of the hotel, address and phone number will be included on your voucher, that you obtain shortly after your deposit is received.

Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment to our bank account (our preferred method), or  by payment card (processed by Paypal).
Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.

2.Can we pay in US dollars (or other currency)?
As our company is based in a Eurozone country, only payments in euro are accepted. Anyhow this ensures that only minor bank fees apply to involved parties.

Travel agents

1. Do you provide comission to travel agents?
We are primary a B2C (business to consumer) tour operator, therefore no commisions or discount is being provided to travel agents although the favorable conditions for groups apply for travel agents as well.

  • Small - up to 30 cm at the wither
  • Middle - between 30 cm and 45 cm at the wither
  • Large - above 45 cm at the wither

2. How many dogs are allowed per room?
Hotels and pensions usually accept 2 large dogs or 3 small to middle sized dogs. We state the dog policy with other hotel's details.

Some hotels and all apartment providers require a cash amount, that serves as deposit for any damages that may occur during the stay. Should there be no damages, the deposit will returned to you at the check-out.
